These Campaign Terms apply to the "Founding Business" and "Business Invite" campaigns run by Nivorbit Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (Nivorbit Teknoloji Limited Sirketi)، شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجلة في تركيا, Sarıcaeli Köyü, Sarıcaeli Küme Evleri No: 29 İç Kapı No: 109, Merkez / Çanakkale · MERSİS 0631151313600001 · السجل التجاري Çanakkale / 9575 · الدائرة الضريبية/الرقم Çanakkale VD 6311513136 · الهاتف +90 533 399 64 86 ("Punchla"). They form part of the Service Agreement and the Refund Policy, which govern anything not covered here.

1. Founding Business campaign

1.1. The campaign is open to businesses in the Türkiye market that subscribe to Punchla for the first time and make their first payment by 31 December 2026, 23:59 (Türkiye time).

1.2. At most 100 businesses benefit, in the order their first payment succeeds. The "places left" number on the pricing page is the live count. Choosing a plan during the trial holds a place; if the trial ends or the subscription is cancelled before the first payment, the place is released.

1.3. A participating business pays 50 % of the list price per branch of the plan it chose (Starter or Pro) for 12 months from its first payment. On an annual plan the discount applies to the whole first year, for every branch on the plan.

1.4. After 12 months the subscription continues at the list price then in force. We will e-mail you about a week before the list price applies.

1.5. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon or campaign; where several apply, the one saving the most on the first payment is used.

1.6. The right belongs to the business; it cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. A subscription cancelled and started again does not get the discount again. If the first payment is refunded under the 30-day money-back guarantee, the right ends.

1.7. Having used a free trial before does not exclude anyone; the discount applies once per business.

2. Business Invite campaign

2.1. Every business on Punchla has an invite code and an invite link. A business opened for the first time with that link or code is the "Invitee"; the business that shared it is the "Inviter".

2.2. The Invitee's 30-day free trial gets 30 extra days as soon as it is opened, provided the person opening it is still owed a free trial.

2.3. When the Invitee makes its first payment and that payment is not refunded within the 30-day money-back guarantee, the Inviter earns one month free:

a) an Inviter on a card-less free trial has its trial extended by 30 days;

b) an Inviter on a paid plan has one month of the first full-period payment it makes after earning the reward (one twelfth on an annual plan) refunded to the card it paid with. How soon it shows depends on the bank.

2.4. A business can earn at most 12 invite rewards in any 365 days. Beyond that the Invitee still gets its extra trial days; the Inviter gets no reward.

2.5. An invite does not count, and no reward is given, when:

a) the person opening the Invitee is an owner, admin or staff member of the Inviter;

b) both businesses have the same tax number;

c) the businesses are in different country markets;

d) the Inviter has been closed;

e) the invite came from a fake account, a business opened in someone else's name or similar misleading means (Service Agreement, clause 10.3).

2.6. An invite reward is not a discount: it can be used together with the Founding Business discount and does not affect it. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

2.7. Where abuse is found, Punchla may take back a reward (shorten an extended trial or set a refunded amount off against the next payment) and suspend the accounts concerned.

3. General

3.1. Punchla may end a campaign or change its terms after announcing it. Changes never affect rights already earned: a business entitled to the Founding discount keeps it for its 12 months, and earned invite rewards are given.

3.2. Campaign notices go to the e-mail address on the account. Places left and invite statuses are shown on the Punchla platform.
