Delete your account
You can delete your Punchla account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways: delete it yourself in the app, or send us an e-mail.
In the app
- Open the Punchla app and go to the Account tab.
- Under My data, tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and start the deletion.
Deletion does not happen at once: for a short grace period you can take it back from the same screen. If you own a business, close or hand it over on Punchla Platform first.
By e-mail
If you cannot get into the app, send an e-mail titled "Delete my account" to privacy@punchla.com from the address on your account. We delete the account once we have confirmed it is yours.
What is deleted, what stays
Deleted: your name, e-mail address, phone, birthday, cards, punch and reward history, notification settings and device records.
Kept: records the law requires us to keep (such as invoices and payment records), only for the legal period and never used for anything else. In businesses' statistics you remain an anonymous count.
