The loyalty system that turns a €4.20 latte into a €525-a-year regular
Punchla is loyalty software for cafés and neighbourhood shops: customers tap or show their code, and the punch lands on their card in Wallet or the Punchla app. Plus campaigns that bring them back and one panel for every branch. No app required.
Shipping has started — invites are going out to the queue

From paper card to regular, in two minutes.
From creating a card to the punch, the live report and a campaign's measured impact: all of Punchla, on its real screens.
How it works
On QR today, with a tap when the device arrives: the same card, the same punch, one second.
- Self-service · NFC01Tap.When the Punchla Tap arrives: the customer touches their phone to the device on the counter; the card in their wallet is punched at once. The queue never slows.
- Table service · NFC02The device comes to the table. No battery, no cable: the waiter brings the device on a tray, the guest taps.
- At the counter · QR03Show, scan. The customer shows their code in Punchla or Wallet, staff scan it with a phone. The punch lands on the same card.
- Punched full04Win.The tenth punch and the card is punched full: the notification lands on the lock screen and the customer comes in for their coffee.
- Every place, the same card.

How it works
On QR today, with a tap when the device arrives: the same card, the same punch, one second.
Three parts, one system
A tap or a code at the counter, the card in their pocket, the platform with you. The punch starts at the till, shows on the card, counts on the platform.
PRE-ORDERA stamp card in the wallet is no longer the difference. The difference starts after it.
Plenty of systems put a card in the customer's wallet. Punchla's difference is what it builds around the card: the app, the measurement, several countries and the details that make the counter easier.
PRE-ORDERWhoever wants it stays with the wallet card; whoever wants more sees every card, the offers, nearby places and their level in the Punchla app. Both paths work on the same card.
5 languages, several countries and currencies, KVKK and GDPR, local payment. The same product wherever your café is.
Every branch in one dashboard and the customer's card works at every branch; the same price per branch, however many you have.
How many people a notification brought back is counted over 7 days. A regular going quiet is reported to you; birthday, first visit, bonus hour and 7 ready automations.
The staff report shows who gave how many punches and cancelled how many; a flag rises when the cancellation rate climbs, and a repeat punch in the same visit does not count.
If the internet drops, the punch waits in a queue. A customer with a dead phone is found by name. A delivery order is punched by the code on the receipt.
From the counter to your platform in a second
A real tap, real screens: the card in the customer's wallet and your platform, exactly as they are today.

A returning customer spends 67% more than a new one; a 5% lift in retention grows profit 25–95%.
If you run a café, barbershop, beauty salon or bakery, Punchla gives you three things: a loyalty card that does not slow the counter, a list that shows your customers by name, and a free notification channel that reaches them.

A loyalty card that does not slow the counter
Customers tap Punchla Tap or show their code, and the punch lands in a second. No phone numbers, no forms, no paper cards. The queue keeps moving at rush hour, and every visit records itself.

See your best customers by name
The platform lists every regular by name, how many times they came and how long since their last visit. If someone has not been in for three weeks you see it on the list, and you call them back with one tap before they are gone for good.

A free notification channel that fills quiet days
Send one notification to the customers who went quiet, or to the whole list; it costs nothing. Every 100 customers you reach come back as roughly €120 in revenue, as far as we have measured.* No SMS fees, no ad budget, no agency.
A business whose loyalty program actually runs still has 40–60% more of its customers at the end of the year; members add 12–18% on top of revenue.
A well-built program grows member revenue 15–25% a year; every unit spent on loyalty comes back as 4.8 on average. The most concrete number on our side: one notification to 100 regulars on a dead weekday is about €120 in revenue.*
PRE-ORDERA notification on Tuesday afternoon; a full room on Wednesday morning.
Send one notification. €120 walks back in the door. Free.
Every tap is a visit record: who came, when, and for the how-manyth time.
The platform shows you the 43 customers who have not been in for 14 days; in two taps you send them a notification, for €0. As far as we have measured, one in five walks in within 48 hours.
No SMS, no per-message fees, no ad budget. The list grows on its own every day you are open; you write the notification, the platform shows who it goes to. To keep customers from being overwhelmed, at most 2 messages a week go out, in the hours you choose. 4 campaigns a month on Starter, unlimited on Pro.
PRE-ORDERYour numbers
Slide and work it out for your own place. Same assumptions as the rest of the page: 20% of notified regulars come back within 48 hours.
Why Punchla?
I went into the café business as an investor: Kukas Cafe, 1401 Ataşehir, Polea Bostancı; the fourth, Cofa Kahve, is opening in Sakarya. I run a software company and I am an engineer. I know from both sides of the table the counters where the paper card gets lost in the wash, where you notice at month's end that your best customer has not been in for three weeks, and where the only way to say "we miss you" is an Instagram story.
We are pre-launch. The first 100 devices are in production; we open with the businesses in the queue, and the first customer reviews will appear here in their own words as they come — no invented references. For a question or a demo, write to me directly.

No card, no charge. Everyone in the queue pays the launch price and gets the device free; when devices are ready, the queue hears first.
The first pre-orders are open.
