Most cafés in France still run on paper cards

The loyalty system that turns a €4 latte into a €500-a-year regular

Punchla is loyalty software for cafés and local shops: a digital stamp card in your customers' Apple or Google Wallet, campaigns and notifications that bring them back, and one dashboard for every branch. A small NFC tap for the counter comes free with every plan; Punchla runs without it too.

The Punchla Tap

Punchla in 2 minutes

From paper card to regular, in two minutes.

From creating a card to the punch, the live report and a campaign's measured impact: all of Punchla, on its real screens.

How it works

At the counter, at the table or with no device at all: the same card, the same punch, one second.

  1. 01Tap.The customer touches their phone to the device on the counter; the card in their wallet is punched at once. The queue never slows.
  2. 02The device comes to the table. No battery, no cable: the waiter brings the device on a tray, the guest taps.
  3. 03Show the card. The customer shows the QR on the card, staff scan it with the shop's phone. The punch lands on the same card.
  4. 04Win.The tenth punch and the card is punched full: the notification lands on the lock screen and the customer comes in for their coffee.
  5. Every place, the same card.

How it works

At the counter, at the table or with no device at all: the same card, the same punch, one second.

Three parts, one system

A device on the counter, a card in the customer's pocket, a platform for you. A tap starts on the device, shows on the card and counts on the platform.

CHOOSE YOUR PLAN
On the counter: devicePunch-shaped Punchla Tap. No charging, no screen, no setup.
Tap-to-punch — punch in 1 second, barista never touches it
Multi-punch — bought 3 coffees? 3 punches in one tap
Bonus hours — ×2 punches in dead hours, reminder on the lock screen
QR fallback — for phones without NFC, the QR on the stand opens the same card
Manual punch — staff add or cancel from the platform
Offline queue — if the internet drops, the punch waits in a queue and goes when the line is back
Find by name — phone dead? find the customer by name or the last digits of their number, give the punch
Out of the box, onto the counter — no charger, no battery; download the A6 counter card from the platform, on the counter in 30 seconds
We tell you if it goes quiet — 2 days without a punch and you get a notification
In the pocket: card + appCard in the wallet on first tap. The app is optional.
Wallet card — Apple & Google Wallet, no download; it arrives with a welcome punch, the card never starts empty
Lock-screen notification — punched, punched full, campaign on
Location reminder — walk past the café and the card shows on the lock screen; the nearest Punchla businesses on a map
Streak — 🔥 3 weeks in a row; a reminder before the streak breaks
Warning before it expires — a card idle for 90 days loses its punches — the customer hears 7 days before
All cards in one place — every card in one place: café, barber, bakery; how many punches are left, which campaign is on
Redeem — show the barista, close in one tap, new card starts
Home-screen widget — punches left on the home screen without opening the app, iOS and Android
5 languages — app and notifications in Turkish, English, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Russian
Privacy — phone + visit time only, GDPR, data hosted in the EU (Germany)
For you: platformOn the phone and the desktop. You see your customers as names, not numbers.
Today & customer table — punches, new customers, rewards; name, frequency, last visit, total spend
Weekly goal — set a goal band; Monday's digest: who came, who went quiet, was the goal hit
Return card — extra revenue is measured as ticket amounts come in; you see how many times the plan paid for itself, as a real figure
Quiet-customer alert & automations — 43 people absent for 14 days → one-click notification; birthday, first-visit and dead-hour bonus rules
Campaign impact — send to a segment; how many came back, how many punches, how many coupons — measured for 7 days
Staff report — who gave how many punches, how many cancelled; a warning when the rate climbs; branch comparison, permissions
Private feedback — three faces after a reward; a bad rating comes to you, not to Google
Customer notes & tags — 'no milk', 'student', 'VIP' — campaigns by tag
Card designer — logo, colour, 2–24 punches, the reward — or reward options: a coffee or a cookie, the customer picks; update at once
Invite link — punchla.com/c/your-business — put it in your Instagram bio; a tap adds the card to the wallet, a coupon link arrives with the coupon ready

From the counter to your platform in a second

A real tap, real screens: the card in the customer's wallet and your platform, exactly as they are today.

A returning customer spends 67% more than a new one; a 5% lift in retention grows profit 25–95%.

If you run a café, barbershop, beauty salon or bakery, Punchla gives you three things: a loyalty card that does not slow the counter, a list that shows your customers by name, and a free notification channel that reaches them.

1

A loyalty card that does not slow the counter

The customer touches their phone to the device and the punch lands on the card in their wallet; it takes a second. Nobody asks for a number, fills in a form or prints a paper card. At rush hour the line moves at the same pace and every visit records itself.

The platform's customer table: name, visits, last visit
2

See your best customers by name

The platform lists every regular by name, how many times they came and how long since their last visit. If someone has not been in for three weeks you see it on the list, and you call them back with one tap before they are gone for good.

A free notification channel that fills quiet days

Send one notification to the customers who went quiet, or to the whole list; it costs nothing. Every 100 customers you reach come back as roughly €120 in revenue, as far as we have measured.* No SMS fees, no ad budget, no agency.

The result?

A business whose loyalty program actually runs still has 40–60% more of its customers at the end of the year; members add 12–18% on top of revenue.

A well-built program grows member revenue 15–25% a year; every unit spent on loyalty comes back as 4.8 on average. The most concrete number on our side: one notification to 100 regulars on a dead weekday is about €120 in revenue.*

CHOOSE YOUR PLAN

A notification on Tuesday afternoon; a full room on Wednesday morning.

Send one notification. €120 walks back in the door. Free.

Every tap is a visit record: who came, when, and for the how-manyth time.

The platform shows you the 43 customers who have not been in for 14 days; in two taps you send them a notification, for €0. As far as we have measured, one in five walks in within 48 hours.

No SMS, no per-message fees, no ad budget. The list grows on its own every day you are open; you write the notification, the platform shows who it goes to. To keep customers from being overwhelmed, at most 2 messages a week go out, in the hours you choose. 4 campaigns a month on Starter, unlimited on Pro.

From the founder

Why Punchla?

I went into the café business as an investor: Kukas Cafe, 1401 Ataşehir, Polea Bostancı; the fourth, Cofa Kahve, is opening in Sakarya. I run a software company and I am an engineer. I know from both sides of the table the counters where the paper card gets lost in the wash, where you notice at month's end that your best customer has not been in for three weeks, and where the only way to say "we miss you" is an Instagram story.

I wrote Punchla for those counters, and we run it on our own first. We have just opened: you open your account today, and until your device arrives you run on the counter card's QR. The first customer reviews will appear on this page in their own words — no invented testimonials. For a question or a demo, write to me directly.

The founder's package for the first 10 businesses

We set up together, I build your first campaign, your device comes from the first batch with your logo on the cap, and your price stays fixed for 12 months even if you pay monthly. Write "founder's package" when you sign up; I take it from there.
