Punchla is a loyalty system that moves the paper loyalty card of cafés, barbers, bakeries and every small business with regular customers onto the phone. The customer taps their phone on the Punchla Tap device at the counter, and the punch lands on their card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app download is required.

Why we exist

A small business's most valuable asset is the customer who comes back, yet the tools for recognising that customer and bringing them back have always been built for large chains. Punchla offers these tools simply enough for a single café to set up and run on its own: you prepare your card in a few minutes, measure who comes back, and reach customers who have gone quiet with a single tap.

What we offer

• Punchla Platform: the web panel where you manage your card, campaigns, branches and reports.
• The Punchla app: the iOS and Android app where your customers keep their cards and your staff give punches.
• Punchla Tap: an NFC device placed on the counter that needs no charging and no setup. It is not sold: every membership comes with one per branch as a free welcome gift, and Punchla works fully without it through the QR on the card.
• Monthly and annual subscription plans; every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.

How we work

• Your data: customer data is processed only for your loyalty programme; it is not sold and not used for advertising. Where data is stored and how it is processed is set out in the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Agreement.
• Payment: in Türkiye, payments are taken through iyzico, a licensed payment institution. For businesses in every market except Türkiye, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your card details never reach us.
• Support: a human answers every message you send to support@punchla.com. We provide support in Turkish, English, Arabic, Azerbaijani and Russian.
